It's time to say goodbye to 2024.

We witnessed so many acts of kindness in people this past year. I have heard many stories of the small and simple things, the amazing service done to and for your neighbors, and how even without power for eight days OR more we pulled together in ways that have amazed me and my staff.

To those of you that stopped to help a neighbor THANK YOU.

To those of you spending long days helping cut trees apart THANK YOU.

To the emergency responders THANK YOU.

To the linemen, water department, cable company, grocery store, churches and shelter employees – THANK YOU.

As we start 2025, we do so with eyes open to the blessings we have in our neighbors, friends, church family and community. In the words of Eleanore Roosevelt “With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.”

A little about me:

I am a 1974 Graduate of Gardner-Webb College/BA, which helps me to take care of my customers. I am a Second-Generation State Farm Agent since 1985 with roots in the community. A Widower with a son, married daughter and son in law plus a mini golden doodle named Finn.
